PTZ control of Dericam model S-x series

I have the dericam camera working on BI, but without PTZ. When configure finds camera it defaults to Foscam protocols PTZ does not work, and yes it is enabled. PTZ works fine from their viewer app. I have tried all the Dericam options and Forscam options.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, and yes I cannot afford the expensive units at this time.

This is a BLuIris concern, I just labeled it not quite right. The first sentence explains "working on BI".
