New here, hope this is the right place to ask this question. I've got a security system setup with a Lorex LHA 2000 series DVR (model number at the bottom is LHA2108-D if that matters).
I'm looking for a PTZ camera that will work with this DVR. Someone on Lorex's live chat told me it doesn't support any PTZ cameras but I have a hard time understanding why that would be the case.
Can anyone shed some light on this situation? Thank you.
