I think there are 2-3 other car manufacturers that have the same problem.

We (the HOA at my old neighborhood) had a Hyundai stolen from a driveway last year in about 90 seconds. Something about them and being easy to hot wire

Yes, absolutely

CAN Bus attack should work for any car oem that is not encrypting the canbus .. which imho should be many as encrypting the canbus adds complexity to diagnose issues
