Hi everyone,
I've tried to update my outdoor station to the most recent version V3.1 but ConfigTool doesn't let me to.
A few weeks ago, I updated it to
V2.1 but I installed the firmware for VTO2000A, while I think I have a VTO2000A-2 (it says so at the "information section" of ConfigTool). Could that be the reason I can't upgrade it now? Also the firmware for the VTO2000A doesn't work for me.
When I hit "Upgrade" it loads up to 100% and then it gives the error "Send upgrade data error".
The same happens when I try to reinstall the current version.
Who can help me out?
