Problem with Videomax NVR

Hello everyone. I have a Videomax NVR. I understand it's a generic model, but the problem I'm having is that I can view the cameras locally without issue. The mobile app it uses, called IP Pro, works very poorly. The video is choppy, and it's almost impossible to view the cameras correctly. Do you know of any other app I could use instead of IP Pro? As I mentioned, the cameras work fine locally on the NVR.

I have no experience with either but most often "choppy" video playback on the app is a connection issue

Where are you when this happens? At home on your wifi or remote?
 
When I'm on the same network, it works a bit better. The problem is when I'm outside. I also have a generic Wi-Fi intercom, but that one works perfectly fine even on 4G. I suspect the servers the app uses aren't very good, which is why I was wondering if there's an alternative app that works better.
 
Sorry don’t know. I use Dahuas app DMSS but won’t likely work on your NVR
