Problem with Tapo C310 and VTH2621gw-p

I have some TP-Link Tapo C310 IP cameras that I can view correctly using VLAN (RTSP protocol) or with other programs using the ONVIF protocol, but I am unable to view them with a Dahua VTH2621GW-P; using the same parameters and network configuration, the device shows as offline.
What could be the issue?
