I hope all is well.. I have a 2024 MacBook Air M3 chip with NVR5208 with multiple Dahua cameras. I have used SmartPSS lite for awhile without issue until the last few days. A couple days ago when I pulled up SmartPSS lite, the NVR was "offline (locked)". See pics. I tried deleting the NVR and re adding it via Serial # but I still received same error. I then deleted SmartPSS lite off my MacBook and then installed a fresh version from your website. Same results. I then went to DahuaWiki and installed the Mac version listed there but after install it took me to the login screen shown below. The IP listed is NOT my NVR IP and there is no way to change the IP on that page. As you can see when I attempted to login I received an error "invalid username or password." It appears to me my NVR is getting "locked" because it's attempting to login to the wrong IP, maybe. Thoughts??
I have no problem logging directly into the NVR via the IP and DMSS works flawlessly as well.

When I attempted to install the version of SmartPSS lite via the link in my post, at the registration page the IP address is NOT the IP to my NVR. I am lost.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
