I have a SKR-NVR04-1T nvr from Sikker CCTV. also has a model of N7904DP on the bottom. The problem I am having is when I plug in Hikvision PoE cams the cams will not power up nor do I get lighst on the ports. I can plug the cams into a power source and they work. Any suggestions

Sounds like the poe switch in the nvr is dead. This is all Chinese crap so it's worth opening the nvr and making sure any ribbon cables and wire clips that look to be connected to the poe switch are seated well. It's not unusual to have a problem in that regard. Check all wire clips and ribbon cables.
