Outdoor PoE camera with two-way audio sold in Western Europe?

I'm looking for an outdoor PoE camera sold in Western Europe that I can put up near my front door and connect to Frigate via RTSP/ONVIF. Fixed lens is fine. As a form factor I'm inclined to go with turret or dome. I'd like two-way audio because I don't have a PoE hookup where my current old-fashioned doorbell is and WiFi might be unreliable, so perhaps the camera could fulfill the speaker/microphone role, assuming there's a way to integrate two-way audio into Home Assistant or Frigate without relying on Dahua's own apps. I plan to keep the camera on an isolated IoT network where it is disconnected from the internet.

Is there any camera in particular you would recommend in the budget or mid tier? I reviewed the recommendations on

That model does seem to tick all the boxes, thanks. However, I'd prefer to get a camera from a seller that operates from Western Europe. Lower shipping fees, no customs fees (I know they're baked into the price but the total cost is clear) and it's easier to return in case the product isn't functioning as expected.

I suggest reaching out to him as he has different methods and ways to ship and get cameras to folks cost effectively. He might surprise you.
