ONVIF Not passing through on T54?

Howdy all,

I have a few cameras running on Blue Iris and some don't seem to be able to send out alerts while others are (and recorded in BI alerts) Some of the things I have tried:

All from IE, restarted the cameras, factory defaults multiple times, EmpireTech firmware updates, cloned the cameras then just changed the IP.

I can confirm that the IVS rules trigger and turn red in the GUI view. I have attached some screenshots of my camera setup, it seems to be missing the alarm completely?

I am completely stumped at this point if anyone has any suggestions.

Alright, photos won't upload properly. Trying to describe, the camera is a IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 and under device info I only see Audio Input - 1 listed, with no alarms like I see on my other cameras.
