ive got 4 HDCVI cameras and want something thats got modern browser support, some form of motion detection, and possibly an app that i can use. my old unit is a DH-HCVR5104H-V2. ive got some standalone ip cameras that use SD cards as well, would be nice if possible to feed those in so everything is under one device. the ip cams are 3x Tapo, a S3VC, and a 2x no brand chinese units. the S3VC and no name all seem to work using the CamHi app and were added using the UID code on the boxes.

ive got a HDD so can buy it bare.

this any good?

compatibility with different brands going to be your biggest challenge. Some models like Annke have what you need in terms of mixed IP/Analog but are more "locked down" to a certain brand or type of camera.
others like my Amcrest AMDV5M8 will be more flexible with off brands.
I was able to put a few Night owl Analog and 1 Zosi Analog and 2 IP cams on one recorder. (Limit 2 IP cams)
the link below allows more IP cams in the mix, but I'm not sure how locked down it is.

here on ebay is a device that @[email protected] is referring to. They avoid using the word "dahua" but list the exact part# as this will support enough of a mixture of IP and ANALOG to get your job done.
