Odd pop-up on mac

Hi guys, I installed, two weeks or so, SmartPss Lite on a mac M2 of a customer of mine, all ok, when she was in Italy. Two days ago, she went home, in NYC, and she sent me a screenshot of this strange pop-up, that appears whe she watch the cameras, via SmartPss Lite.




The connection is via P2P (I no finished network segmantation and VPN access yet ...)
Anyone has ever seen this ?

the same is in DMSS in p2p mode.. both in Dahua & HIK...

if you don't want this use direct ip...

Weird. I have not seen that message in either SmartPSS lite or DMSS , but I’m not running the very latest versions ..

And how/why that’s a “security” message is odd .
So bad guys can sniff the creds in 11 minutes but not 10?

no this is more about Dahua/HIK cloud load, when you use cloud (old P2P) streaming 24/7...

Ah ok.

In the US anyway, their P2P is true P2P now.

Perhaps older equipment and European? are still using some "cloud" feature?

Dahua P2P for me in Flordia is true P2p once the handshake is made. I can stream 24/7 on SmartPSS Lite
