Object Auto-zoom

Hi everyone,
I'm new here so if the post is misplaced let me know.
I'm looking for an Ip camera that has an optic zoom X25 or more that can auto-zoom on predefined objects.
The goal is to be able to automatically zoom in and out on a suspended scaffolding when moving (pic attached - the camera is the red circle).
I have tried to consult with Dahua and Axis distributors and they told me auto-track won't do the trick.
I am open to suggestions please share your wisdom.

If it will do facial recognition, then one's smiling face painted on the worker's helmet should do the trick.
The AI loves to make faces in the clouds as well as figures too. I use a 4K-X 3.6 for a sky cam. Sometimes it
is fun trying to figure out what the cam sees.
