This is a bit of a new area for me so I'm not familiar with all the terminology yet.
I'm looking to find out if there are any NVR:s or computer programs with advanced video feed capabilities. As in being able to stitch together several camera feeds into one 3D model you can move forward or reverse along the timeline and move a virtual camera in to get an approximation of the view from that location (based on the available feeds and the algorithms best guesstimation). I.e. making a "scene" out of the capture of several feeds.
I'm also investigating if there's a name for the capability for cameras to cooperate, i.e. if you have a few cameras for detection and a PTZ for identifying detected objects, is there any open standard they use to communicate and how to handle coordinates and such, or is this proprietary for each individual system provider?
