NVR setting keep returns to default

Hello everyone
I have NVR4116HS-4KS2.
Currently connected to him 3rd party cameras.
When I try to set motion detection, or tripwire after refreshing the settings are repeated to default.

I tried to configure through WEB, smart pss and the nvr.
I have factory reset and format hard disk

Has anyone encountered a problem?

Just a guess, but it probably doesn't support 3rd party cameras.

I thought about it, but wherever the cameras do not support, I get a message.

Beyond that to this day I had a HIKVISION DVR with non Hikvision analog cameras that supported line crossing, and motion detection.

Traffic detection started working somehow and sends phone alerts

I'm afraid to try and change the settings that do not ruin it.
