NVR or PC/Blue Iris for 30 cam setup

I will be installing up to 32 cameras for a new car wash location, and want some advice on Blue Iris, or using 1 32 channel NVR or 2 16 channel NVRs.

Any recommendations? I'm totally comfortable with Blue Iris, what system specs would I need to support up to 32 cameras?

Would having an always on TV displaying the cameras bog down the system too much?

If you look in the wiki in the blue iris helper and then sort the systems by camera number, you can find performance stats for both console open and console closed states. There's data for up to 64 camera systems.
