I get an email every six hours and all of my cameras except one show the current status and a still taken at the time. I had six cameras showing up not long ago but now there are only 5. I am not sure which setting control controls what cameras are shown. The Status Alerts determines the settings for the email alert and the interval is set at360 min. But other than that I cannot find where there is a setting as to what will appear in the email alert.
