No audio on web

Hi
I do not get any audio on the web access (laptop/pc) but I do get audio on the my mobile devices.
I know the camera's audio works as i have logged on to it manufacturers web page
Cam is a Sharx SCNC 2900

Any help would be appreciated

you must use IE and enable the audio on bottom
