New to Blue Iris

Hi,
I just installed Blue Iris. Windows 8.1 using a Logictech C270 webcam. Also a member of Wunderground.
The C270 has the pan/tilt capability but I cannot Control this using the PTZ controls of BI. Also, I need to FTP webcam pics to Wunderground. I have tried different settings. Status report says BI is connecting but no uploading and pictures.

I really need assistance in the proper settings to be able to upload pics to wunderground.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum! Unfortunately the c270 is not a true pan tilt camera in that it does not have a motorized mechanism. Any "pan/tilt" function is just software cropping and zooming and blue iris cannot control that function.
