New house with conduits already in place, looking for help in camera positioning. Made some drafts with Dahua designer tool for review

I’m moving into a new build, and some boxes have been pre-installed specifically for flush-mounted cameras on the external insulation. I’ve marked the position of the boxes in red.

The purpose I want for the cameras is perimeter monitoring and covering the entrance gate. Nighttime lighting is mediocre but not pitch dark, you can easily walk in the garden and see it end to end with no additional light for instance; some street lighting does filter into the garden. I would like to complement the cameras with an alarm system (magnetic contacts and motion detectors), but that’s a separate topic.

I’m located in the EU/Italy regarding brand and model availability.

I was initially looking into Hikvision, but then I leaned more toward Dahua due to the more affordable prices. Furthermore, I had my eye on an IPC-HFW3849T1-AS-PV S5, which is currently at a good price (147€) on Aliexpress from an EU warehouse at no extra tariffs. The TICO line up caught my eye, the active deterrence is a nice to have IMHO, the dual IR + white light also compliment each other well from what I understand.

I also leaned toward Dahua/Hikvision because they have solid alarm systems, so in the future I could expand the security setup with motion sensors, magnetic contacts, etc., while staying in the same ecosystem. Don’t get me wrong I like DIY and have done a lot of stuff in the house (Home Assistant, etc.) but I’ve also learned that some convenience is nice

I'm attaching the floor plan (distances in meters) and drafts setup I made with the Dahua designer tool, please give me some feedback on positioning and brand/models. In my draft I opted for 2.8mm lens for the coverage, but I also noticed the Designer tool estimates good quality Identification zone per DORI standards (darker blue as-is from the Dahua Designer tool).

What I dislike of draft 1 is that the patio door at mark 1 is a blind spot while I would like to be able to see it in camera. Installing a camera at mark 2 watching towards mark 1 is doable (see draft 2) but that would create a blind spot in the garden corner.
The third draft uses 3 cameras, but the overlap is like 99%, and it feels like a waste of money.

Please consider that I am not necessarily into the Dahua ecosystem, to start looking into prices, models, positioning etc I had to choose a brand to start the project and Dahua seemed OK to begin some drafts.
