Bet it costs a fortune with what RAM costs now. There's going to be no cheap new pc's. I shelved a gaming PC build indefinately after ram went up from £200 to £500 and graphics cards are reportedly going to hit £5k for the top models.

I'm with you. All my computers are Dell. I bought a refurbished HP Win XP Pro tower 5 years ago for my other editing suite to have available 5.25" bays for pull out rack drives and it's been nothing but problems - no preview on capture, cannot control sound in editing programs - a real heap. It sits collecting dust

What a great design. It's still a pretty niche product that probably won't sell well, but I'm happy to see companies push new designs.
