New camera feed displays fine in BI on PC and web interface but not in iOS app

I moved to a new house recently and purchased new IPC-T54IR cameras from Andy at EmpireTech. I got the new cameras installed and added to Blue Iris without too much difficulty and I am able to view them totally fine on my Blue Iris PC, both locally and remotely through the web interface. However, when I try to use my iOS app, I can connect to the server and see the camera listed, but if I click on it, it just gives me a spinning wheel with "signal lost, retrying...".

I've looked all over the place and can't figure out what the issue is. Any ideas?
 
Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing the iOS BI app?

Many apologies for the delay in responding. I read through the wiki again, particularly the Sub Stream Guide and made a few changes.
  • I went into my camera configuration and dropped the I-Frame down to 35 (was set to 50 by default)
  • I set the recommended Sub Stream settings in Blue Iris as well
  • I removed and reinstalled the Blue Iris app on my iPhone
After doing these 3 things, I am extremely happy to report the my iOS Blue Iris app is showing the camera feeds correctly now! In hindsight, I probably should have done the above items one-by-one so I could determine which is the one that actually solved my problems, but I neglected to do that.

Anyway, thanks to all for the advice! :-)
