Need Recovery Firmware / Full Flash Dump for Uniview IPC3614LB-ADF28K-H (SSC337)

Hello,

I am trying to recover a Uniview IPC3614LB-ADF28K-H camera.
The camera is based on SigmaStar SSC337 and I have access to the UART console and U-Boot.
Current status:

• The camera powers on normally.
• U-Boot starts successfully.
• UART console is fully accessible.
• The original firmware is damaged and Linux does not boot.
• Web interface is unavailable.
• TFTP recovery is possible from U-Boot.

I am looking for one of the following:

1. Full SPI flash dump (16MB) from the same model.
2. Recovery firmware suitable for UART/TFTP recovery.
3. Original U-Boot, kernel (uImage) and rootfs images.
4. Flash partition layout for this model.
5. Any service/recovery documentation.

The standard firmware package available from Uniview appears to be intended only for Web upgrades and does not contain files suitable for low-level recovery.
Any help, dump, recovery package, or technical information would be greatly appreciated.
