Before you guys beat 'me' up, Review my previous threads nearly a year ago. I predicted what just happened and knew it was coming. The loss was deep 6 figures and organized. Only NOW the guys writing the checks want a solution......
Anyway, I will get off my soapbox about it.
Reality is I now have no time to build out a real system as I intended to do with Dahua cams and such. The complex is about 60k sf with multiple adjoined buildings. What I am now after is some of these 'jack in a box' solutions with cams, NVR, and just plug in something as the organized goons took the old DVR, so that was super smart to leave it so vulnerable. I am probably looking for about 20 cameras and spread over maybe 2 NVRs. We have some long runs so I need to find a fast way to deal with that. The complex does have internet with a new Asus router we did, but so way to cover that place wirelessly without more infrastructure.
Hoping someone can toss me some fast solutions. maybe from Amazon just to get the fast shipping, if not a walk-in buy. What is paramount is getting decent virtual tripwire and fencing in the AI, and object detect to ignore animals, and maybe facial rec. Basically as much as we can get in a pinch. It will have to get rebuilt and waste more money....lol Obviously will need remote access and alerts to a phone. I really want I/O functionality because reality is criminals visit at 3am.
So far I am thinking 2 cam/dvr kits (yeah, can totally buy cams and nvrs separate, just saying)
1000ft of cat5e
box of RJ45s and tools
A UPS for each nvr
A plan to harden the nvrs in place.
