Need help with Zones and Motion sensor, possible video lagging.

I've been running BI for a few years now and I'm learning more and more from this forum. I've tried searching for answers to my problem and tried various setting and I can't seem to figure this out so any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Here is the video of my mailman walking across my lawn, Front Lawn Video

I setup have 3 Zones setup; Zone A covers the entire screen, Zone B and Zone C is across the lawn (see attached image), the problem is I never get alerts. My setting are also attached.

Your zones look too narrow to me, try making them wider.
