How do I get this camera which I accidentally connected to the Lorex NVR out of this static IP? I can’t access this camera below. Please see the PDF with the screen shots.

I bought a new EmpireTech IPC-B52IR-Z12E-S2 but accidentally connected to a Lorex NVR which I am getting rid of but the camera it seem has a static IP of 10.1.1.71

The config tool can't detect even though the camera is no longer in the Lorex NVR.
Thanks

Best bet is to simply factory reset the camera. There is a door where the SD card goes and the reset button is in there.

I actually want to avoid the hard reset as I’m exhausted today from all day installation for this I could do it but I also need to get the other camera out of its IP too and that’s a PTZ which I know is a harder reset as I would have to take the whole thing off

If I set the Lorex switch IP where it says 10.x.x to my main subnet should it reset IP on the cameras connected to now be accessible on my main network of 192.168.x

In that case, provide a power supply to the camera - either a POE switch or wall wart and then connect it to a computer and change the IP address of the computer to 10.1.1.1 and then access the camera and change the IP.

Have you tried using the ConfigTool?

Yes that did not detect the IP even when I went to the settings to set a range from like 10.1.1.0 to 10.1.1.75

Ah okay so I have a laptop with Ethernet , so I disconnect from the Lorex nvr and plug the camera it into the Unifi switch already has pod - then the laptop that has Ethernet I connect it to the switch and then set that to 10.1.1.1 and do the IP change?

That will depend on if your unifi switch is managed or not.
It is a managed switch

What is the default username and password

I connected via Ethernet and the config tool worked but can’t change IP

So Wittaj as your suggestion I’ve changed my IP to 10.1.1.20 to come on this 10.1.1.1 network but now the manual provided including web link doesn’t tell me default username and password

There is no default user and password.

Since you connected to the NVR, the user and password will be the user and password of the NVR UNLESS you changed it.

In that case and cannot get in then you will have to factory reset.

I am searching the threads for setting recommendations, I found a couple I will try.

If you have any recommended settings for day and night would appreciate it

I’m about 90 ft from where camera is positioned to the cup de sac

It’s day time right now and in Edge I can see the picture but obviously the cars I see right now their license plate is basically a blur

I am going to setup the AI port but would I be able to see clearly on live license plate on a parked car - asking so I know if I can do the settings correctly - wasn’t sure at time of screen shot if there is an automatic image adjustment that happens

Thanks

Just an update here, this is resolved, I am going to seek setting recommendations in this post.
Thanks for all the help.
