I'm rebuilding my home to a house fire. It's a large home, approx 4200 square feet with 16 rooms. I'm wanting several interior cameras to monitor all areas of the home, excluding obvious rooms. I also need sensors for windows, water leaks, smoke, etc. I'm also looking at smart locks/doorbells for front and back door. I have a large yard, so would like exterior cameras around the house, driveway, and a couple to watch the back yard. I'll have approx 30 cameras total. Can anyone recommend a security system that would be suitable for my needs. I prefer POE cameras, and less wifi. Wifi is unreliable and is a security issue. I'm having issues finding something that supports both POE and Wifi (for smart lock only I hope).

Are PTZ cameras good for each corner of the house? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on what to do to secure my future home inside and out. I also am trying to max out the discount on my home insurance too.

Thank you

Decor-wise, Turret's would be less unsightly on the corners, and have a wider field of view.
My experience early on with less expensive PTZ's at a 74 unit Condo, was that PTZ's would miss things looking one direction. Some people have gone so far as to call them toys.
But having said that, they've come along way with "auto-tracking". There is a learning curve and they're spendy for one that actually works.
Each camera should be tasked mainly with 1 job. If you expect them to do "this" and "that. You may find out they will do "this" OR "that in certain lighting conditions.
My cameras model numbers are shown on bottom left of picture.
