Need a bi monitoring setup

I already have a tower core i7 running bi for motion detection and recording. I'd like to setup a separate system that would just monitor cameras, not do any recording or motion detection. I have about 15 cameras. Could I do this with a mini-pc, like the Nuc's?

Are they for the same cameras? If so, just set up a device to monitor the cameras thru UI3?

But if not doing any recording, the NUCs may work.

I have one system with 8 cameras running on a ASRock X600 ITX with an AMD Ryzen 7 8700G, I used this case as it had room for an internal 10Gb hard drive, it is doing continuous recording 24/7 on three of the cameras and is using the internal AI on 4 of the cameras.
The CPU usage is 3-6% and the internal GPU 5-8% and 3.87GB of ram used of the 64BG installed (probably more than I needed, but I got it before the RAM prices went crazy)

Yes, same cameras. I have the bi pc at the office and want a monitoring system on-site. If the UI3 system is the webserver, I'm not comfortable with that solution, I keep getting error messages whenever I log into the webserver - which is rarely. I have not done any analysis of why the webserver keeps giving error msgs - see attached image.
