My nvr pre record dont work 30 seconds! Dahua

Hello, i bouth camera with alarm in and put a button, and set in my NVR when press button pre record 30 seconds , but when i gonna watch , only 10 seconds or less pre recorded.

I understand that the pre-record facility is only applicable if you have no constant recording set up. It seems to work correctly if you just have just Alarm/Motion/IVS.

I Remove and stay only alarm. But the same only 10 seconds is pre recording. I tried reset and start again. The first camera worked. But the next not and the first don't work too . I need a solution or I need change my brand. I send email to dahua but they don't care.

In the two or three NVR products I am familiar with, the most I've seen is 10 seconds pre-record buffer. See @sebastiantombs response in your other thread on the same topic
