mouse scroll wheel behavior is different in BI 6

In BI 5 pushing the mouse scroll wheel away moves clips view to newer ones, on my W10 incidentally Settings>Apps this same scroll wheel direction moves the one selected more to the top of the list.
It is opposite in BI 6, pushing the scroll wheel away selects older clips to view.

Is there a way to change the behavior of the scroll wheel in BI 6 to be like it was in BI 5 which I prefer?

Settings, Other in the advanced section near the bottom is "reverse mouse wheel"
