LPR Setup newbee

Hey guys need some help as throughout all my reading I am a little confused as to what PC components I need for best results.
I have purchased
IP CAMERA: IPC - B52IR -Z12E - S2. Name:IPC - HFW5241E-Z12E from Andy.

My issue is that I want to put it on a dedicated machine (I have tried some old small form factor extras that I have had with no good results using Blue Iris.

So I want to start again with a new box. If it was you what box would you buy and do you need a fancy graphics card to get good results. Essentially looking for specs.

What was the not good results? Maybe it is operator error.

What were the specs of the computer?

For one camera, almost anything would work. Someone here was running 15 cameras with a 3rd gen and and another ran 50 cams on a 4th gen.

A fancy graphics card isn't needed at all.
