I've restarted the server, but that did not help. Still getting this on all the other computers and on my phone. Any ideas?

Did that take care of it or.....? If not I was going to ask if your WAN IP is dynamic and possibly changed and your have no DDNS set up.

I'd already checked the IP, although we are using Tailscale's IP, but neither the local nor Tailscale had changed. Reactions: TonyR
