Passwords are hard. I am looking forward to the day when they are not used anymore and we have something more secure in it's place. That being said, I would highly suggest that you use a password management system (like Bitwarden) until that time comes.
Using a system like that is so much more secure than trying to remember passwords (which means you are using the same password for multiple machines, or internet sites, etc) which is a huge security risk since systems are hacked and passwords released everyday. Using a strong unique password for every machine, site, and login is really the most secure way to handle things. Using a password management system is the only way a person a realistically keep track of all those passwords in a form that will easily be accessible at any time, at any location.
Of course the key here is using a unique strong password to protect your password manager (and remembering it because you will be locked out of the manager if you forget it). But remembering one strong password is certainly easier than trying to remember 100 strong passwords.....
