Looking for good outdoor night cam, recommendations?

ok So looking for recommendations on better outdoor cam, esp night time. bullet or dome, even plz if in budget. I have power line and power supply at one cam and Poe at other. Budget ideally under £250 each cam

What's my megapixel limit over 200meg powerline? The other cam is Poe into a 1gig switch so fine there bandwidth wise

So at the moment got 1mp dlink cams, dcs-7010l and dcs-2332l which coupled with blue iris have proved great for the last 2 years, daytime colour is great but night time trying to identify a person is difficult. I put up ir illuminator with 240ir led which really helps, to the point I switch off the cams built in ir
