laview LV-KND996P168D08-T3 p2p cloud access

i bought mine from homedepot:
LaView 16-Channel Full HD IP Indoor/Outdoor Surveillance 3TB NVR System (8) Dome 1080P Cameras Remote View Motion Record-LV-KND996P168D08-T3 - The Home Depot

strangely, this model is not listed anywhere on Laview support page: Download | LaView

i registered for p2p cloud from P2P-My Cloud

on my Android phone, i was able to login with the App.
i chose Laview P2P
i added the device by scanning in the code. ID is 656932639
however, i get error code 102030.
i tried the same on iphone7 and received same error code.

please help!

i contacted tech support. the solution was to update the firmware. they gave me a direct link to dropbox. hope it works!
