Latest Firmware for HiLook Camera

Hi everyone,

I’m currently using a HiLook IPC-B121H-D IP camera and am trying to find the latest firmware for it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t locate it on the official Hikvision/HiLook support website. Could anyone help me with a download link or guide me on how to check for updates?

Current Info:

• Installed firmware version: V5.5.84

What I’ve tried so far:

• Searched the HiLook support page but couldn’t find this specific model.
• Checked for updates via Hik-Connect and iVMS-4200, but no notifications appeared.

Any advice on where to find the firmware or how to manually update it would be greatly appreciated!
