Hi,

Today i'm sending to telegram channel all motion jpg, once motion detected it trigger Openhab API that use the jpg url and send it to telegram
Now I want to try and send short video to telegram once motion detected.

Is there a URL that allow me to download last 5-10-20 whatever seconds of the stream ?
