is there a compatible camera type in blue iris for this camera?

Welcome to the forum have you tried the two current options in the dropdown?
If none of those work you can try to enter the path manually, select mpeg on the top of the camera list and use this path.[TABLE="class: accesslog"]

I tried both ipux cams listed and nope. I tried [url]http://IPADDRESS/cgi/mjpg/mjpeg.cgi[/URL] with my cam ip address and tried all of the top options. I can see this cam using another phone app so I know its not a port issue. I select ipux ics-1310 in that app (ip cam viewer pro) and it works.

According to the ispy database the 1310 uses there two streams..the second one is the one i mentioned above...also make sure the ipaddress, user name and password are correct...
