I'm happy to announce that we have been working behind the scenes for several weeks on a major update and overhaul to IPCT. In a few hours we will be updating the software & layout of IPCT to be easier to use and more enjoyable. During this time the website will be down, but check back frequently because we plan on finishing everything as fast as possible.
