I need to purchase a BI license. I accessed the IPCT store, but have two challenges. The first being that I am struggling to actually login to the store at all! The second being that the BI licenses are showing out of stock.
So, I contacted IPCT (https://ipcamtalk.com/misc/contact), about both of these issues, some time ago, but have received no response. Is this normal? I do know I once had some issues receiving email from the forum (account setup / email address verification), so not sure if that is anything to do with this?
