IPCHDW5231RZ Loss of playback until reboot.

Not sure if this is the best forum but here is my issue. When using dmss, I randomly lose the playback data until I reboot the camera and this even happens logged into the camera directly. Rebooting the camera will now show all the available playback. It will work for several days and then all of a sudden it shows no playback data. Sorry I don't have much information on settings right now just curious if anybody's seen this before.

So it IS being recorded by the NVR? Or camera if no NVR and using an SD card..

Sorry the camera is recording straight to the SD card. The camera is not new but the SD card is a Samsung endurance Pro which I use in all the other cameras without issue. But it certainly wouldn't hurt to try swapping cards. There is another 5231 mounted with the same card that is not doing this.

Good card but maybe that particular one is less than healthy?

How old is your DMSS app?
