Just like every other camera.

That one just has white lights that are used when there’s not enough ambient light

“Full Color” and “Color Night Vision” are marketing terms. They usually mean the camera has onboard white LEDs (and often no IR)

With a $30 motion flood you can make most any camera “Full Color”
 
Thought so. And you don’t get motion blur on moving objects?
You may have enough ambient light to get away with it ..?

Typically “Auto” is nice and bright on any camera, but produces motion blur due to the slow shutter speed.

But if that’s ok and just having color is all that matters, then Auto exposure may be fine for you.

I should have mentioned that I do run a 9w led bulb that is on all night. It is directly below cam (see pic) It does a fairly decent job on motion. Could I get it better? sure, but it's mostly just the big picture cam and for the stuff that is IN my driveway its fine.
