ip cam reset

high team,need to reset two ip cams but Sadp tool aint helping even with the key sent by hik team. the devices are
1.) DS-2CD1121-I20181201AAWRC73522639
2.) DS-2CD1021-I20180829AAWRC47025019

What firmware versions does SADP show?
If old enough, try the updated version of the reset tool here : Hikvision camera admin password reset tool

I have a similar issue, camera on 5.4.5, tried SADP and the online reset code and that doesnt help, any way to reset?

Im in the same boat with DS-2CD1121-I on 5.5.54 I tried everything & now as a last resort doing tftp but ipc not flashing
