IP Address Change

^^^^ THIS! :)

I think how to handle your upcoming router change was covered in August.....

It was solved then by leaving NVR and camera on the ATT router. Now only using TP router and can't find a way to find the camera and edit IP address. NVR is working, but camera is still on old IP address 192.168.1.2

How many routers do you have?

If you're truly serious about resolving this, it'll take some work.......starting with a detailed sketch of your network and by "detailed" I mean it must show which port is connected to what and what the IP address is of each device.

Just one TP router now. All the IP addresses automatically changed with the TP router for both tv's, nvr, 2 printers, 2 computers, except for the Duhua camera. Here is a photo of the media cabinet I set up. The large black cable in port 1 of the TP router goes to a POE switch in the attic where the cameras are connected.TP Media Cabinet.jpg

Nice picture....not a "detailed" sketch/diagram/schematic.
I have no suggestions, perhaps someone else does.

All your other devices are set to DHCP and will assume whatever the new subnet is.

The cameras are likely static and won't change unless you change them.

Is your POE switch a managed switch?

This is why just making the router the same IP address as the previous router prevents threads like this. This is what the 3rd one this week where someone got a new router and now they can't see their cameras.

It would not change how you login to the router except for maybe typing in that ip address if that is how you login.

how does he log into the router. he is asking.
mother of funk.....you google the router name and model and the words default login for xxxx yyyyy router
