iOS crashes when Tiawan or Tiawanese flag emoji is used for Chinese language settings

Interesting, depending on how you have your iOS device configured this bug due to code required by the Chinese government may cause your device to crash when attempting to mention Tiawan

The amount of effort that person put into figuring it out was crazy!!!

It's fixed as of iOS 11.4.1.
