Hi,
I am well aware of the Chinese vs. Western Hikvision cameras. I don't want to start another debate about this or the value proposition of buying supported vs. unsupported models in general.
However, the Western Hikvision cameras are advertised using various terms. My question is whether the terms mentioned in the title are interchangeable. Is "multilanguage" the same as "original English", or is there an English-only version? Does either one imply that the camera is upgradable with the English firmware? Are the models sold in Europe different from those sold in the U.S., and if yes, which one am I likely to get if I order a camera described with the above terms online directly from China on eBay or Aliexpress?
