I have lost the alerts on 7 of my 19 cameras how do I get them back

there is room on my hard drive for them and I have tried rebuilding the data files but still no bueno.

I tried rolling back the updates to the most recent safe one but still no new alerts.

on the brightside I stumbled across the repair that has my auto tracking camera working again

Just to clarify you are running Version 4 of BI if so that is an extremely old version, I am not sure if many users would still be running version 4. Perhaps you meant to type 5.9.9.99 which is a potentially unstable beta V6 version. Please clarify what version you are using!

sorry I meant to type 5.9.9.9 but my old eyes and lack of proof reading did that
