  1. Login to the camera via the browser (ie) user:admin, Pass:123456
  2. goto menu setup (Upper)
  3. goto menu Security
  4. submenu networkSecurity
  5. select tab Telnet click enable and save
  6. may be reboot cctv
  7. use Putty to telnet port 23 user:root , pass:123456unv.pngunv2.png
