how to reset ezviz account

hi...all
i configured ezviz accountin my dvr and i used some days. but unfortunately my i defualted my phone and again installed ezviz app. when i tried to login i didn't know my username and password. i treid more but im failed i didnt get. Anybody can help me?.. its urgent for me..
if anybody known the solution of it please help me... and give me the directions to reset the account

the device is already added by another user...how can i solve this problem or delete teh old user account?
