How do i factory reset the IPC-Color4K-T ?

I am looking at the specs online and it says there is a button around where the SD card should go? I have no such button.
What am i missing here?

Assuming it has a place for a SD card, can you post a CLEAR picture of the camera where the SD card door is with the door removed?

Yes. Here. There seems to be no button.

The RST is for reset and it is a tiny button in the black part above the SD card (I marked up area in red) not much bigger than the thickness of a paper clip

Hmm I will try with a paperclicp. There doesn’t seem to be anything in there. I will check

Looks like the reset button might be missing on your camera. I just pulled one of my 4K-T's down to take this picture of the button.

Yeah I opened a different one up and noticed that. This hasn’t been a great shipment so far from empire. I’m wondering if they got a bad batch.

Does it sound like something is rattling around inside?
Hopefully someone else hasn't tried resetting and broken the switch off inside pushing too hard.
